We would like to inform all our customers about changes in Poltel e-mail service. The change applies only to those customers who have Poltel phone or internet service and have e-mail address in domain


As of 2/20/2012 our email provider changes and therefore the e-mail settings need to be updated. Access to e-mail address identified on the existing servers will only be possible to 2/20/2012. Those of you who only use the Web interface (poltel.us) to check the mail, must download all the e-mails to your computer. After 2/20/2012 you will lose access to your e-mail that remained on the servers.

Customers who currently use e-mail programs (Windows Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.) must change e-mail server settings in these programs after 2/20/2012. Without this change you will not be able to receive and send e-mails from your computer. These settings should be:

POP Server: pop.bluedomino.com
POP Port: 110
SMTP Server: smtp.bluedomino.com
SMTP Port: 587
Outgoing Server Requires SMTP Authentication
